Chicken recipes in this article are not “recipes with diabetes,” but they are very suitable for diabetic recipes. If you have diabetes or cook for those, you can use these recipes for the whole group, do not worry. Thai chicken salad recipe sauce tastes homemade and healthy for everyone. Panko Crispy Fried Chicken is a recipe using chicken cutlets. Use canola oil for frying sound.

Thai Chicken Salad with dressing
4 cups spinach leaves
3 / 4 pound boneless 1 chicken breast, cooked and thinly sliced
1 1 / 2 cup frozen peas, thawed, rinsed, drained and
1 / 2 cup grated carrots
1 / 2 cup chopped green onions
C. 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
2 c. peanut butter
C. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 c. soy sauce teaspoon reduced sodium
C. A tea with honey
1 / 4 cup hot water
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 / 2 c. grated fresh ginger teaspoon

Divide spinach equally among 4 salad plates. Cover with chicken, peas, carrots and onions.

In a small bowl, whisk together the flax seed oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, soy sauce and honey. Gradually add hot water and stir until smooth. Stir in garlic and ginger. Pour over salad.

Crispy Panko Chicken
2 cups buttermilk
2 c. chopped hot pepper sauce
Tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 c.
1 egg
1 1 / 2 teaspoon oregano c.
1 1 / 2 pounds (8), chicken cutlets thinly sliced
Panko bread crumbs 2 cups
1 / 2 teaspoon salt c.
1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper c.
1 1 / 2 liters of canola oil for frying

In a large bowl, glass, beat the buttermilk, hot pepper sauce, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, egg and half oregano. Add chicken to sauce and turn coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerated 1 to 2 hours.

In a bowl, mix the Panko bread crumbs, salt, pepper and oregano and set aside remaining.

In a deep skillet heat to avoid splashing hot oil over medium heat until 350 degrees or until bread crumbs sizzles when dropped in oil. One by one, remove chicken from marinade, shake excess. Brush each cutlet with the crumb mixture. Cancel sauce – do not reuse.
